Or if you prefer just text me your telephone number and I will give you a call back the same day, to arrange a suitable time and date for your appointment. If you prefer to email I can be contacted at stuart@stuartsyoga.co.uk Again if you include a contact telephone number I can give you a call.

Please Note: A home visit is not ideal for everyone. It may be more convenient for you to arrange to visit my home or to receive a treatment at your work place. These arrangements can be made when we discuss your treatment over the telephone.
