I have practiced yoga for twenty years and had ten years experience before I took teacher training gaining a yoga diploma with Kevala and Ashtanga yoga skills with Brian Cooper and Nawajyoti through Union Yoga Scotland.I also have C&G 7307 Certificate Teaching in Adult and Further Education and workshops with Peter Finch, Gerry Kielty and Amanda Latchmore.

I have a decade of yoga teaching practice with North Lincolnshire Council Adult Education and Leisure services. I am a fully qualified masseur to diploma level and a reiki master/ teacher. I am now a trained Bikeability teacher.
I have been studying for a degree with the Open University for some years, taking courses in computing and more recently archaeology. In my spare time I read, listen to music and go regularly to the cinema and gigs through the year. I cycle with Audax UK. I support Scunthorpe United and go to all weekend home games.
